Calvert Road

Calvert Rd. is our newest location, with one of the buildings just completed this past April (2016).  Calvert Rd. provides a country feel, while still being located in the city of La Crosse, right off a major highway.  The property holds some of its previous roots, with various barns located on site.  Calvert Rd. offers a mix of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units.  2 bedroom units offer either 1.5 bathrooms, or 2 bathrooms.  All units have a large pantry, for plenty of storage.  Units have solid 6 panel oak wood work.  Flooring is a mix of lush carpet, wood laminate, and beautiful ceramic tile.  Each unit contains ceiling fans, and decorative sconce lighting.  The building is secured, and residents can enter with a key or through use of the key pad.  With a local phone number, residents have the option of allowing guests in with the use of the key pad.

Calvert Rd. offers a coffee bar to all residents on Monday morning that includes freshly made coffee, sugar, and a variety of creams.  Another amenity of the Calvert Rd. location is the fitness center.  The center contains treadmills, an elliptical, a multipurpose weight machine, and plenty of room for yoga mats.  For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there is a walking trail around the property, as well as indoor storage for bicycles.  A pond is located on the property that gives residents the opportunity to take in the beauty of the coulee region.  There are white geese that call the pond home, as well as other wildlife.  In the winter, the pond has been used as an ice skating rink.
