THE APARTMENTS
Losey Boulevard is a 100% non-smoking complex built on the former site of the Elm Grove School. The building was constructed with that in mind, and retains its old schoolhouse charm, with a brick exterior and large circle window in the lobby. One-bedroom units have a very open feel. Kitchens include full size stove and refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Cabinetry is solid oak, with plenty of storage between the living room closet, bedroom closet with built-in shelving, and bathroom vanity. Flooring in all units is durable carpet and ceramic tile. Entry to the building is secure, and residents can authorize guests via phone, instead of running down to let them in.
